NMEA 0183 RS422 220WX Weather Station with Heater - No Relative Humidity

The patented 220WX is Airmar's solution for commercial fishing weather monitoring applications . Feature-rich in a durable, rugged, low-profile IPX6-rated package, the 220WX calculates theoretical wind speed and direction based on apparent wind, vessel speed and vessel heading.

The 220WX has internal 10 Hz GPS and a three-axis electronic compass. These sensors provide the heading, position, ground speed, and ground heading functionalities that are necessary for theoretical wind data processing and mobile applications. A 3D compass with dynamic stabilization provided by the three-axis gyroscope also improves rotational speed data.
