Airmar B175C-20-H 20d tilt with Raymarine 11 pin MM cable Marine Navigation & Instruments
1 kW
Airmar's low-profile, Chirp-ready transducer models are the perfect addition to small boats such as center consoles. The high frequency band provides a narrow beamwidth, excellent for locating fish clinging to wrecks, reefs and other structures. The high frequency also shows amazing target separation on baitfish and schooling gamefish. Transmitting on 130 to 210 kHz, the B175H has up to 80 kHz of total bandwidth in a single installation for superior shallow water performance and bottom detail.
Tilted Element ™™ transducers have the element fixed at an angle of 20°, 12° or 0° in the housing. Since the transducer is installed almost flush with the hull, the tilt corrects the dead center of the hull. It orients the ceramic element horizontally to guarantee maximum returns.echo to the transducer.
The B175H is available in three tilted element models:
- Fixed version tilted at 20° for 16 to Hull tilt angles of 24°
- Fixed version inclined at 12° for hull angles from 8 to 15°
- Fixed version inclined at 0° for hull angles from 0 to 7°
Airmar B175 CHIRP High Frequency 20d Angled Element with Raymarine 11-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable
Model: B175C- 20-H-11R- Fast response water depth and temperature sensor
- High: CHIRPS 150 kHz to 210 kHz
- Boat Size: 8m (25') and above
- 80kHz total bandwidth from one transducer
- Covers the popular fishing frequency of 200kHz plus all the rest within the bandwidth
- Shell type: fiberglass or wood
The ceramic elements of the transducer are permanently angled inside the housing to compensate for thedeadrise of the hull. This ensures that the beam is aimed directly downward, resulting in maximum echo returns and eliminating the need for a shroud.
Flush/angled transducers are mounted through a hole drilled in any fiberglass, metal or wood hull, with the exterior of the fitting flush to the exterior surface of the hull. Inside the fitting, the active elements of the transducer are permanently tilted at an angle to compensate for hull deadrise, ensuring that the sonar beam is aimed straight down.
High frequency = more Detail (e.g. 130-210 kHz) - More sensitive to small targets and will return detailed information that will be displayed as sharp, high-resolution images on the sonar screen. Ideal for shallow water and popular with anglers fishing depths less than 1,500 feet
Requires additional cable; A80328when used alone
A102146 when used as a pair.
