Airmar SS175C-0-H 0d Tilt

High CHIRP with 9-pin Navico

Model: SS175C-0-H
  • Fast response depth and water temperature sensor
  • 1 kW with a maximum depth of 304 m (1,000')
  • High frequency: 130 kHz to 210 kHz = 10° to 6° beamwidth
  • 80 kHz total bandwidth from one transducer
  • High frequency delivers performance Superior shallow water performance, bottom detail and target separation from fish
  • Recommended boat size: up to 11m (36')
  • Stainless steel housing is compatible with all hull types and materials
  • Also available in a bronze housing model (B175H)
  • Exclusive Xducer ID technology

Tilted element transducers have the element attached to 20°, 12° or 0°. angle in the transducer housing. Since the transducer is installed almost flush with the hull, when the transducer is installed, the tilt corrects hull deadrise and orients the ceramic element horizontally to ensure maximum echo returns to the transducer.

Airmar's low profile Chirp transducer models are the perfect complement to small boatssuch as center consoles. The high frequency band provides a narrow beamwidth, excellent for locating fish holding near wrecks, reefs and other structures. The high frequency also provides amazing target separation on baitfish and schooling gamefish. The SS175H offers up to 80 kHz of total bandwidth in a single installation and provides superior shallow water performance and superior bottom detail.
