Replacement Outboard Starter that will fit Mercury and Honda engines Honda 2002-2019, a 12-Volt Starter for outboards from 175 HP to 250 HP.

ARCO recommends using a fully charged battery. A weak battery can damage the starter motor and starter solenoid. And to clean all connections as well - A corroded connection creates resistance, thereby reducing the amperage required for an efficient starting circuit.
