AT-6030 is a 10 to 1 metal bond adhesive. It has a high viscosity and cures in 10 to 12 minutes, has a working time of 6 minutes and develops strength in 40 minutes. AT-6030 develops tensile strength in excess of 2,500 lb (psi) on most metal surfaces, making it an ideal alternative to welding in many applications. AT-6030 has a shelf life of 6 months and should always be kept refrigerated. Packaged in a 38 ml cartridge, this adhesive is for use with our AT-301 gun, our AT-12 plunger and our AT-650 mixing tips. The 38 ml cartridge will glue 80 to 120 pieces.
