The 11575-3 Stainless Steel Fender Lock Kit makes hanging or moving fenders quick and easy. The two-piece kit is easy to install with stainless steel screws or bolts (not included). Attach the wings to the key part of the kit, then twist them into the deck plate to secure the wings to the gunwale. No need to detach and reattach wings when moving or docking; just turn the wrench for installation or removal.
