In early summer, creamy white panicle blooms emerge from rich green foliage and begin to transform into richer and richer shades of pink and red as summer fades to fall. The flare hydrangea grows in a tidy upright mound to the height of 3 ft. This hydrangea is very low maintenance and easy to care for and an excellent choice for cut flowers, which can be dried or used fresh in bouquets.- Zones 3-8, can handle temperatures down to -40 Fahrenheit
