The Buyers Products 4 cu. ft. Black Polymer Electric Tailgate Spreader is ideal for residential and light commercial applications using ice melt and bagged salt and works with 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton trucks. This tailgate spreader features a horizontal auger feed that keeps material moving. The spreader has a low-profile 4 cu. ft. poly hopper and mounts to a 2 in. Class 4 Receiver. This Truck Accessory operates a 9 in. poly spinner and can cast material up to 30 ft. This spreader's 1/3 HP, 12-volt dual shaft gear motor is controlled by an included variable speed in-cab controller.- Easily mounts to a 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, or 1 ton truck.
