Gen2 Carbon Fiber Center Post - 12' - White - Single

Gen2 posts are designed to prevent galvanic reactions, a common problem with anything made from carbon fiber, which keeps your poles looking good and performing well. The base of the posts is made of solid fiberglass for greater strength and stability.

Taper-Lok joints are used to secure the post in its extended position. Taper-Lok joints fit tightly to create a single, one-piece rigid post that is much straighter than fiberglass or aluminum posts. When ready for storage, simply unscrew and remove the locking pin from each collar and the fully rigid sections slide into each other, collapsing the post. Taper-Lok gives you all the benefits of a single rigid pole with the added convenience of easy storage.

Fiber polesGen2 carbon tips have an extra-long non-conductive tip designed to prevent line tangles in rough water. These posts have integrated double 316 stainless steel yard eyelets designed to pass multiple halyards on the same post. The smooth design of these grommets also prevents any possibility of snagging.
