These larger models in the 70C series feature a beautifully rounded molded bottom end with a 1/2" tapered pipe threaded drain. Use them when the bottom of the rod holder needs to have a decorative look or add a drain tube and use it when there is dry storage space under the rod holder. This rod holder features an ultra-strong cast stainless steel gimbal bar designed to withstand attacks from downriggers or heavy equipment. A white vinyl liner protects the rods and is attached to the gimbal, so the liner stays in place.
