In 1999, Switchcraft acquired Conxall, a manufacturer of circular connectors and cable assemblies, to expand its offering of harsh environment connectivity products. They are located in a 32,000 square foot facility in Villa Park, Illinois. This strategic acquisition helped position Switchcraft for increased growth in the mindustrial arch. In 2011, Switchcraft was acquired by HEICO Corporation and became part of its electronic technology group. Switchcraft is a leading provider of harsh environment connectivity products for the industrial market and the leading provider of connectivity for the Pro-Audio and Broadcast Industries.
