The Grill Top is made from marine grade mirror polished stainless steel and cast aluminum base with an innovative diffusion plate for even heat across the entire cooking surface. This marine grill prepares the best burgers, chicken, steaks or whatever the captain can grill on board the boat. The cast aluminum base ensures a secure fit on the Firebox and will not warp with time and use. The diffusion plate vents grease from the burner to the Firebox's grease containment system and helps maintain temperature and control smoke. The lid includes a thermometer and locks for easy transport.
