Unlike a traditional hitch connection which requires users to get on all fours and feel around for components grimy to get everything lined up. Up top, this bike rack features the ActiveLink stem. Simply install the rod once into a receiver and users can swap accessories in a flash. The rod features a bottom bolt that provides a resting point for attaching accessories, perfectly aligning the pin holesHitch hooks for effortless connection. Remove the bike rack whenever users need it or replace it in a snap. It's that simple.
The CURT ActiveLink 4-Bike Rack is constructed from high-strength steel and provides space to hang up to two bikes at a time. Rubber cradles and rubber bumper on the upright support tube keep bikes secure while protecting frames from scuffs and scratches. The rack also features a tilting pivot point for convenient access to a vehicle's rear cargo area, and the rack's arms fold as needed for compact storage. To help protect this CURT bike rack from the elements, it comes with a double A-coat finish and a durable black powder coat.
