The Wireless Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) is intended for use with Vantage Connect, Vantage consoles Pro2 and Vantage Vue, Weather Sent and WeatherLink. Our innovative integrated sensor suite combines our rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, solar radiation sensor, UV sensor, sensor mounting shelf and solar panel into one package, this which makes installation easier than ever and improves performance and reliability.

For improved accuracy, the temperature and humidity sensors are housed inside our anti-radiation shield powered by solar energy and sucked by a fan 24 hours a day. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat.

Compatible withVantage Pro2, Vantage Vue, and Vantage Connect

The Davis Instruments 6328 Vantage Pro2 Integrated Sensor Kit (ISS) features the same sensors as the similar Davis Vantage Pro2/ISS console software package (Davis 6163). It can be used to replace the original ISS, or for applications that do not require a console and only require a PC or MAC or cloud connection. This Vantage Pro2 ISS can monitor wind, rain, temperature and humidity. It also includes ultraviolet (UV) index and dose, solar radiation and evapotranspiration. UV and solar sensors are pre-installed on the sensor mounting frame. If temperature accuracy must be considered, it is recommended to use fan suction and install the machine in a location where the temperature is generally above 90°F and there is little or no air circulation. The patented solar shield against radiation extracted by v24-hour fan combines active and passive air inhalation functions to minimize this effect.
