AIS Deploy is a portable, self-contained and very robust Class A AIS transponder system, supplied with GPS and VHF antennas and a built-in 12V DC rechargeable battery.

In addition to the Class A Dedicated Controller (MKD), it features a wireless interface to allow tablets and iPads to display data across a wide range of compatible applications. Its portable format allows for rapid installation of an AIS transponder and complete navigation system on any vessel and lends itself to pilotage, military and professional applications. AIS Deploy has all the normal Class A functions with a full 12W transmitting power and a display allowing entry of voyage data. It is self-contained with a built-in 12v 22Ah rechargeable battery and portable GPS and VHF antennas.

Also designed for transport using a standard format suitable for airplane cabins, an ultra robust and waterproof Pelicase.This unit has external connectors for antennas and an optional external power supply and the case can then be closed for rock-solid integrity and data transmitted locally via a standard password-protected wireless interface. AIS Deploy is a fully IMO approved Class A transponder with integrated display allowing vessel configuration and voyage data entry. It is based on our proven CLA2000 and features standard plotter and target list displays. It also has a mapping mode in which targets are overlaid on detailed mapping and is compatible with optional C-Map MAX maps.

The wireless interface can provide data streaming to multiple tablets, iPads, PCs, etc. and is compatible with hundreds of mapping and navigation applications.
