2" Euro Black Water Temperature Gauge (100-250°F)
Black perimeter illuminated dial with bold white graphics, aluminum bezel black, a contoured white pointer and flat glass lens.
A temperature gauge operates by sending a low amperage current through the gauge's meter to ground via a variable resistor sending unit .The resistance of the sending units increases or decreases with changes in pressure, temperature, etc.
As the resistance of the sender varies, so does the amount of current allowed to pass through it. 'to ground changes and the meter deflects, displaying the temperature.
