This heavy-duty, waterproof fabric has some amazing qualities! Unlike porous fabrics, PVC doesnt absorb water or hold moisture, and thus, has anti-mold and mildew properties, and has anti-cold and anti-aging agents built right in. With this technology in play, you can focus on your Journey Forward without worrying about your gear overhead. The Tavarua can be used for extended periods of time, in all seasons and weather conditions, but should be cleaned and stored in a cool, dry location when not in use. Youll need at least front and rear racks or side rails to install this product, although having both is recommended. The 8 (4 lateral, 2 front and 2 rear) extra wide straps, located on each corner of the bag, attach to these racks securing the bag in place. A heavy duty zipper has been chosen for easy loading and unloading of contents, while waterproof flaps located over the zippered area are installed to protect the zipper seams from water entry.
