If a thru-hull flush-mounted hull If a Tilted Element 526TID-LTD/12 type transducer is required, it will accommodate a tilt angle between 8° and 15°. This transducer compensates for deadrise by tilting the element inside the housing.
The transducer is labeled with an arrow on the top of the housing that should point toward the keel, whether installed on the port side or to starboard. This ensures that the tilted element inside the housing receives the correct orientation.
