GNX Wind gives you the wind data you need to make decisions with confidence. High visibility features Bonded glass backlit monochrome LCD display with customizable backlight colors. It also interfaces via the NMEA 2000 network to simultaneously display 2 data fields and a digital wind rose to display true and apparent wind data, direction guidance, boat speed and much more. The low power consumption of 350mW in daylight (without backlight) and 400mW in nighttime (mid-level backlight) is perfect for sailboats. Fully customizable user profiles allow you to configure the screen layout to your preferred settings. Display configurations include over 15 important marine parameters for wind, speed and navigation. It can even connect wirelessly to a quatix 3 GPS marine smartwatch via ANT technology to stream wind data directly to your wrist.
The gWind transducer features dual fin technology with a 3-blade propeller for more accurate true wind speed. (TWS) in lighter air while the dual fin design gives a more stable True Wind Angle (TWA). The 3-blade propeller, unlike a cup design, is still efficient. Combined with optical readout, this transducer provides superior accuracy at low wind speeds and also offers excellent linearity.
The easy-to-read GNX 20 marine instrument display with black numbers on a white background or color clearly indicates water depth, boat speed in the water, water temperature and more than 50 marine and boat parameters. Its glass screen with anti-reflective lens coating provides excellent readabilityity day or night with high contrast digits scalable up to 36mm.
The DST810 combines precise depth, speed and temperature data with altitude sensing for heel/ trim and pitch/roll inputs — which it provides to the NMEA 2000 network and GNX 20 instrument. This multi-sensor transducer can read depths up to 330 feet, offers rapid water velocity signal output of 5 Hz and has an operating frequency of 235 kHz with a fan-shaped beamwidth of 10 x 44 degrees. Additionally, wireless connectivity to devices with BLUETOOTH technology allows direct calibration of the DST810 via Airmar's Cast app. Advanced Speed Calibration allows calibration at multiple angles and heel speeds.
