VHF/AIS/Radio Splitter - 12V DC

The RA201 splitter allows you to use a single VHF antenna to simultaneously receive VHF, AM/FM and AIS; without sacrificing the performance of the VHF transceiver. This compact, economical and innovative device can be easily installed anywhere. It only requires a 12V DC power source with a maximum power consumption of just 25mA.

The device comes with one coaxial input from the VHF antenna and three outputs for VHF , AM/FM and AIS radio.

Thanks to an electronic circuit specifically developed by Glomex and the presence of an integrated preamplifier, the RA201 splitter is able to offer high performance in all three applications , ensuring efficient transmission and reception for VHF.

The maximum input power of the splitter for VHF is 100 watts, which is twice as much as most devices on the market.

VHF antenna: SO-239 socket
VHF: RG-58 C/U cable 60 cm (2') + male PL-259 connector
Radio: RG -59 A/U cable 60 cm (2') + male Motorola connector
AIS: RG-58 C/U cable 60 cm (2') + male BNC connector
Case: llength 83 mm (3" ¼) x width 48 mm (2") x height 38 mm (3" ¼)
Anti-spread metal-epoxy paint, high resistance to rust and oxidation
Mounting: with 4 screws of 4 mm each

Connections:

Connect the cable antenna with a PL-259 connector to the S0-239 jack on the RA201 splitter
Connect the marine VHF radio to the RA201 using the RA201 marine "VHF radio" cable
Connect the AM/FM radio receiver to the RA201 using the "AM/FM radio" cable from the RA201
Connect AIS reception only to the RA201 using the "AIS receiver" cable from the RA201
Connect the power supply to the splitter (can be hung on the boat's accessory panel)

Notes:

Make sure the polarities of the power supply are not reversed: red to positive (+) and black to negative (-)
Do not use without first connecting the antennado not VHF
Do not reverse connections
