The Element's design combines the minimum amount of metal required to protect the pulley with a proven ball bearing. So, size for size, Element is priced significantly lower than our previously cheapest blocks.

The side plates are hard coat anodized to resist corrosion. A heavy-duty composite bearing pulley resists corrosion for long life.
