This Hi-Lux Optics Winchester 73-76 Side Mounting Kit is to mount the 17 in. or 18 in. Malcolm short telescopic sight onto either a Winchester 1873 or 1876 top ejection rifle. The mounting kit includes both the front and rear mounts. The rear mount in this mounting kit attaches to the dust cover groove. You will not need to drill and tap with this side mounting kit.
