Lewmar's 3-strand rope is an economical choice for your windlass riding. Keep in mind that the windlass does not mount. in the anchor box - gravity does this so make sure you have enough depth and volume in your anchor box to fit.adapt to your chosen boat length

3-strand line, when used in salt water, stiffens over time. It can be soaked in a splash of cool water and fabric softener overnight (the longer the better) to return it to a softer state. If this does not give acceptable results, it should be replaced.
