It starts with the unique brushed 304 stainless steel combustion chamber. This foyer features 2 15,000 BTU burners with built-in wind deflectors, to maintain a strong, efficient flame in all conditions. Flip-up food prep shelves with an FDA-approved cutting board insert that can be easily moved back and forth for cleaning. These side shelves also serve as a cover when the Firebox is not in use and secure with a latch for easy transport. All handles and controls are made from durable, heat-resistant thermal plastic.

The front control panel includes an innovative altitude adjustment system that ensures the flame remains constant at different altitudes. Use it as a cooker right out of the box, placing any saucepan or sauté pan on the cooking rack. It includes a cradle to hold a 1 lb. disposable propane cylinder at a 35 degree angle, for convenient use.more efficient use of propane. Or add one of the optional toppings to the grill, make a pizza or griddle. When you use these decorations, the Firebox collects any excess grease from the back with a unique grease containment system, ensuring your area stays clean.
