This BHW100 high bilge water detector is an accessory available for the SIM100. The sensor has a target molded into the plastic housing (opposite the side with the Maretron label). The target should be exposed so that when the water rises above the middle of the target, the BHW100 indicates a high water level by lighting the red LED and sending a signal to the Maretron Switch Indicator Module (SIM100). It must be mounted on a vertical wall in the hold. The BHW100 acts immediately in the event of rising water levels.
