Easy Lock - The System Marinco's exclusive Easy Lock has been designed to make connection quick and easy. Simply connect the cord (with an Easy Lock locking ring installed) to the inlet and turn the locking ring less than a quarter turn. The locking ring tabs lock into the inlet for a tight, positive connection while eliminating any risk of cross-threading. The lock ring features locking locators positioned 180° to improve finger grip when securing. Easy Lock inlets have a threaded boss that also accepts threaded cords. The Easy Lock system is a standard feature on select Marinco 30 amp and 50 amp plugs and cords.
The covers of all Marinco inlets are designed to remain open athinge when the lid is lifted. This allows the boater to connect their shore power cord while the cover remains open and out of the way. A gentle touch unlocks it for closure. Blades are nickel-plated brass for maximum corrosion resistance.
Interior hardware is marine grade stainless steel.

Back housing

Made of flame retardant UL94V0 plastic
All back housings are made from glass-filled polyester for added strength.
Integrated strain relief meets ABYC requirements
Multiple positions allow maximum installation flexibility
