The F Series Underwater Underwater Light Range is designed to be mounted at a depth of up to 4.6 m (15') below the water surface to provide a vibrant green light in the water. With waterproof aluminum bronze housings and silicon bronze hardware, Metro Marine's F Series fixtures are ideal for marine applications such as mounting on yachts, docks, sea walls, as well as for use in fountains and theme park installations. Leveraging Metro's rich heritage of innovation and leadership in LED optics and control technology, the F-Series underwater luminaires introduce to the market a unique LED array with 18 H.O. LEDs per luminaire, allowing placement of adjacent luminaires close together where full lightThoroughly mixed and uniform is important.
The F-BME1-H-G3-90 is a premium underwater green LED fixture with a 90° optical lens for medium illumination. - to large span and span structures ranging from 10M (32') to 30M (100'), with uniform color control and high efficiency.
Clear lens technology
One of the main problems with underwater lighting fixtures is aggressive growth (biofouling) that attaches to the clear lenses in front of the LEDs. This growth blocks light and causes light fixtures to overheat. When UVC became available in LED form, Metro Marine designed and patented a unique and innovative system using UVC LEDs to keep the lenses of our fixtures perfectly clear – forever!
Methodology anti-condensation assembly
Condensation is a problemhe criticism found in many underwater marine lighting fixtures. This can cause internal corrosion which can destroy underwater lighting fixtures from the inside out. By taking a scientific approach, we have solved this problem by completely eliminating the formation of condensation in our luminaires. We manufacture our fixtures in a Class 1000 clean room, and our patent-pending assembly methodology ensures our fixtures will never experience condensation!
