The F Series underwater light range is designed to mount a depth of up to 4.6m (15') below the water surface to provide vivid colors and color changing light in the water. With waterproof aluminum bronze housings and silicon bronze hardware, Metro Marine's F Series fixtures are ideal for marine applications such as mounting on yachts, docks, sea walls, as well as for use in fountains and theme park installations. . Leveraging Metro's rich heritage of innovation and leadership in LED optics and control technology, the F-Series underwater luminaires introduce to the market a unique LED array with 72 H.O. LEDs per luminaire, allowing close placement of adjacent fixtures where full lightt mixed and uniform is important. Our F-Series RGBW fixtures also integrate a separate white LED into each of 18 individual optical lens RGBW LED lamps, creating higher quality whites and richer color blends than possible with traditional RGB+White fixtures .

The F-PME1-V-FS-45 is a premium underwater RGBW LED fixture with a 45° optical lens for illumination. Medium to large scale structures and yachts ranging from 10M (32') to 30M (100'), with uniform color control and high efficiency.

One of the main problems with underwater lighting fixtures is aggressive growth (biofouling) that attaches to the clear lenses in front of the LEDs. This growth blocks light and causes light fixtures to overheat. When UVC became available under form of LEDs, Metro Marine has designed and patented a unique and innovative system using UVC LEDs to keep the lenses of our luminaires perfectly clear – forever!

Anti-condensation assembly methodology

Condensation is a critical problem found in many underwater marine lighting fixtures. This can cause internal corrosion which can destroy underwater lighting fixtures from the inside out. By taking a scientific approach, we have solved this problem by completely eliminating the formation of condensation in our luminaires. We manufacture our fixtures in a Class 1000 cleanroom, and our patent-pending assembly methodology ensures our fixtures will never experience condensation!
