The belt extension allows people with large size requirements, to use most Mustang Survival inflatable PFDs.

The belt extender allows wearers with larger size requirements to use most Mustang Survival inflatable PFDs and will add 12 " to the belt. This belt extender fits PFDs with 1.5" buckles.

In Canada, wearing a belt extender voids Canadian ULC approval for the PFD.

In the United States, wearing a belt extender voids U.S. Coast Guard approval, UNLESS the wearer has a chest measurement. over 130 cm or 52 inches, in which case wearing a universal adult size PFD with a clip-on body strap extender DOES NOT VOID approval.

This extender belt is not suitable not to modelse Inflatable PFD with 2" strap. includes older models MD3052, MD3054, MD3082 and MD3084 and any model whose lot number begins with a W.
