The B60 is a 600 W, 50/200 kHz transducer that incorporates Airmar's popular Tilted Element™ feature . This tilted element transducer has the ceramic element fixed at a 20° or 12° angle within the housing. When the transducer is installed almost flush with the hull, tilting the element corrects the hull tilt angle. By pointing the beam directly downward, it ensures maximum echo return to the transducer for more accurate depth readings.
Available in two angled element designs:
- Fixed tilt of 20° version for hull angles of 16 to 24°
- Fixed tilt of 12° version for hull angles of 8 to 15°
B60 20° inclined element
The version titled 20° is designed for inclination angles from 16° to 24°
B60-20° bronze provides a vertical beam without a shroud. Inside the case, the elementceramic is angled to provide built-in neutral compensation. The resulting vertical beam provides excellent echo returns for more accurate depth readings. The near-flush housing minimizes drag with only 5mm (3/16") extending outside the shell.
Compatible with Lowrance HDS and Simrad NSE series multifunction display units.
