PedestalPods are better than rack mounting. Very sturdy and secure, yet clean and attractive, this mount provides protection for your fishfinder/chartplotter from the harshest wet boating conditions. PedestalPods provide the convenience of easily reaching and controlling the fishfinder/chartplotter while providing added security with theft protection.

PedestalPods position your fishfinder/chartplotter at 20" from the deck and located close to the bow and 45cm away for easy viewing while fishing. This allows the user to easily reach and access the fishfinder/chartplotter to change range, zoom or even. control the trolling motor.

PedestalPods are made with a double seal system that provides an excellent tight seal preventing p.rojections of the electrical connections to the rear of your fishfinder/chartplotter, ensuring the reliability and longevity of your marine electronics.

Your fishfinder/chartplotter fits easily into the pre-cut face of the NavPod. The sturdy, powder-coated aluminum base tube measures 3" in diameter with a 5" round base and has a large 1.75" opening providing plenty of room to pass wires and connectors inside for a very clean appearance and provides protection for electrical wires and connectors from water intrusion, UV exposure or damage from simply being kicked or snagged and ripped from their supports. /p>

NavPods come with a security key and tamper-resistant nickel-chrome-plated stainless steel screws for theft protection.

There are pre-cut designs available for 7", 9" and 12" LCD screens from all major manufacturersof marine electronics.
