PedestalPod 70° models are better that the mounting on support and position of electronic displays 12? above the deck at an ideal viewing angle of 70°. The strong and sturdy black powder coated aluminum base measures 4? in diameter with a 6.5? round base, and is designed to accommodate the last 12? and 16? poster. Convenient 360° swivel allows for a fully customized position, gives anglers easy access to the fishfinder/chartplotter, and allows boat covers to easily fit the PedestalPod at 70°.

Like all NavPods, 70° PedestalPods are designed to withstand impacts,vibration and moisture penetration, and are manufactured with thick, UV-stable ABS material, coated with acrylic, designed specifically to prove structural stability. The NavPod housing incorporates a double seal system that provides excellent sealing to prevent splashing of electrical connections, ensuring the reliability and longevity of marine electronics. The electronic displays fit easily into the pre-cut housing and all wires and connections are routed internally through the pedestal base.
