Newmar Power-Pac 14AH power supply Automotive/RV
Power-Pac 14AH Power Supply
The 12V DC power supply includes built-in backup batteries, which are charged during normal operation and then continue to power the radios and critical navigation systems. equipment in the event of loss of alternating current. The Power-Pac is ideal for commercial vessels, workboats and yachts.
The Power-Pac's low-rise, highly regulated 10-amp output powers radios and other sensitive communications equipment without causing RF or audio interference. . At the same time, it floats and charges one or two (depending on model) built-in 7 amp/hour backup batteries. These are maintained at maximum load during normal operation of the unit when AC power is supplied. If AC power is lost, internal batteries automatically take over to power communications equipment, providing ainif a true uninterrupted DC source.
Features:
- Highly regulated, low ripple, noise-free 12 volt output
- Built-in "on-line" standby batteryBattery provides immediate backup power in the event of loss of AC power.
- Internal mounting space and terminals for conversion from 7 A/H model to model 14 A/H
- Output "Normal" LED indicator
- Warning light "Backup power only"
- Audible and visual indicators of low battery voltage (10.7 VDC)
- Low battery warning buzzer mute switch
- Low battery voltage automatic disconnect (10.3 VDC)
- Low voltage disconnect override button
- Over voltage protection
- Current limit protection
