This configuration offers a telescopic function ranging from 12 to 18 inches. Dual swing arms provide 12 inches of articulation and reach to allow passengers and driver access to the mounted unit. The patented rubber ball and socket joint provides additional adjustability as well as isolation from shock and vibration. The RAM Tough Tray is spring-loaded to accommodate 10" to 16" wide laptops and 17" wide monitors. The tray has four adjustable retention arms with rubber grip. These armscan be moved vertically and horizontally. This allows for a custom fit for different laptop thicknesses and freedom from blocking ports or drives. A screen support and US.B lighting fixtures are also available to accessorize the tabletop. Holes on the perimeter of the tray make it easy to mount additional RAM systems to support GPS or other electronic devices.
