Lugs are connection points created by crimping the connector onto a wire or cable . This connection, commonly called cold welding, creates a strong, durable connection. Pacer terminals are made from 100% pure copper for high conductivity. This copper is fully annealed to prevent cracking during crimping and in service. These terminals are also tin plated to prevent corrosion and many of these lugs are general purpose solderless electrical terminals. They are commonly used with battery cables.
