4 Gallon Salt Supply System with 12V DC Pump

The 4 Gallon Salt Supply System with 12V DC Pump is designed for boats that operate in fresh or brackish water and can only be used with LectraSan. MC™ or TMS electro-scan Type I. Salinity is monitored by the unit's control panel and saline solution will automatically be added to the MSD when needed.

Water gentle under pressure is required. Minimum working pressure of 15 psi (103 kPa).

Operation
Solar salt is added directly to the tank. Pressurized fresh water supplied by boats maintains the water level in the reservoir and continues to produce a saturated saline solution from the solar salt. A pump is used to add saline solution directly to the treatment tank when needed. The pump is controlled by the circuit board which monitors the electrode current intreatment tank and automatically turns on the pump when salt is needed.
