Series 40 Ball Bearing Orbit Blocks™ provide the perfect balance of strength, performance and reliability . They deliver best-in-class dynamic and static loads, the highest available in this performance block size. Lightweight and strong tempered fiberglass reinforced nylon cheeks replace the stainless steel straps used in traditional utility pulleys: the perfect balance of performance and reliability.

In addition to traditional single swivel pulleys , the range also includes single and double sheave tie-downs. or flexible attachment options for up to multiple sheave blocks, including those with quad and quin sheaves. The range is extremely versatile, allowing for a multitude of possible systems up to a 12:1 mainsheet system for performance off-beach catamarans.
Series 40 Orbit Blocks™ feature our carbon-reinforced C-. Cleat™ for secure hold of the rope with low entry and exit efforts and fairleads for rapid action at any angle. The cleat arms are made from stainless steel and are adjustable to be set to your preferred cleat angle.

Ball bearing versions incorporate our 2-stage bearing system using ball bearings to minimize friction. friction and a full contact secondary bearing to maintain a low level. friction over the entire working load range.

High load versions are designed specifically for any application where high dynamic or static loads are expected. They feature a high strength 2205 stainless steel pulley and hub as well as a triple bearing race to maintain low friction at very high loads.
