The TriggerSnap™ locking mechanism allows for quick, intuitive one-handed operation for attaching and releasing the shackle to carabiner. Triggering under load is easily accomplished using a tip to safely operate the trigger.
Material selection and manufacturing processes were carefully refined during the design and testing stages. Cast and heat-treated 15-5PH stainless steel components provide high strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Each Ronstan TriggerSnap™ is individually tested and stamped with a production code for traceability.
