40A Battery Guard

Universal programmable Battery Guard (BG) prevents excessive battery discharge (which would damage the battery) and protects electronic devices from power surges . The BG40 battery protector has "automatic card system detection"; the BG automatically detects the battery voltage (12 or 24V). The BG40 battery protector is capable of supporting a continuous load of 40A and a transient load of 45A. There are 10 on/off threshold voltage programs to choose from, for both 12V and 24V battery systems, which can be easily programmed.
