This 4,200-watt, 120V/240V split-phase inverter/charger connects to a panel standard domestic electric. When you combine it with a 48V battery bank and solar system, you can operate a fully equipped off-grid cabin, a remote mobile construction site, or use it as an emergency backup system.
Intelligently integrates a 60 Amp, 4-stage battery charger and 40 Amp transfer relay into an advanced, affordable off-grid power solution. For use with lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries.

Split phase 120/240 VAC (dual phase)
- The Split Phase InverterThe device connects to the standard household panel to provide 120 and 240 VAC power output.
AC Input
- One AC input for mains or generator, no need to reconfigure when different power source is available.
- The AC input is programmable for voltage and frequency. The user determines what the min and max thresholds are for switching from grid or generator to inverter.
- Generator start can be initiated by the "Status Relay" contact and can be programmed to activate when grid is lost.
Solar Input
- Connect a 48V MPPT solar charge controller directly to the EVOTM via the external DC input of the100A battery charger, seamlessly integrating solar charging into the EVO's power system.
- ONLINE mode can be used to prioritize batteries/inverters over the grid , ideal for those who want to run primarily on solar power (when grid is available but expensive).
Battery charger
- 3 or 4 stage charging with equalization (must be initiated manually).
- An adaptive algorithm is used during bulk charging to assess the condition of lead-acid batteries. Subsequent steps are then based on battery condition rather than predefined periods for absorption and floating. Prevents unnecessary charging and extends battery life.
- Programmable: Set battery voltage thresholds to initiate charging. Specific programmable settings for lithium-ion batteries.
Transfer switch
- Zero transfer time when switching from inverter to grid. When the grid turns on, the inverter synchronizes with the waveform then instantly transfers to zero crossing.
- <16ms transfer when switching from grid to inverter. When the grid is lost, the transfer relay switches to the inverter at the correct place in the waveform without power interruption.
Surge capacity (Power Boost)
- 3X surge power for high start-up surges, such as a compressor or refrigerator
- Additionally, EVOTM has power overload tolerances available for short periods of time. Overhead allowances decrease with duration. The increased capacity of the inverter, or "Active Power Boost," means you can size your inverter smaller to handle large surges, thereby reducing costs.

- The EVOTM is virtually indestructible. It features "bulletproof intelligence" in the form of 9 physical protection points scanned up to 10,000 times per second to detect adverse conditions. The EVOTM will detect fault conditions and initiate a healthy shutdown before any damage to the product can be caused.
- The EVO-RC-PLUS remote control (sold separately) can be used to capture detailed data on EVOTM performance. Records all detected faults and the conditions leading to them. Data is stored on a removable 32 GB SD card (in the remote control). Use the data to analyze trends to use system resources more efficiently.
- The EVOTM uses five sensorstemperature placed throughout the unit to determine the operation of 2 speed-controlled cooling fans. Reduces unnecessary fan noise and power consumption by operating only when and where fans are needed.
