The DPOD is an instrument deck module designed for powerboats Seaview has taken their modular rack concept and applied it to their instrument module product line. There will be three different box sizes to fit almost any chartplotter or instrument on the market. Rotating base

The fast rotating base makes the DPOD a very good choice forfor anglers because it allows you to rotate the screen for better viewing on the fly. you won't miss this catch. Just pull the button! SecureRemove the bolt and rotate the DPOD left or right up to 350 degrees. To lock the anodized aluminum base, simply push back the safety bolt, it's so simple you can do it with one hand!

Construction

The DPOD is made from UV resistant ABS plastic and security screws are used to hold everything together. A waterproof seal is used to prevent water from entering the interior of the pod, while a GORE-TEX ventilation vent allows warm air to escape without letting water in.

Optional Accessory Pod

One of the unique capabilities of the DPOD is the ability to add optional side modules (SP1BOX). Currently no other instrument modules forPower boats on the market do not have this feature. Depending on the size of DPOD enclosure you choose, you can mount one to four of these accessory modules. This offers the customer many flexible solutions to optimize their configuration.
