The SPOD is a pod for sailboats and catamarans. Expanding on Seaviews modular assembly concept, Seaview developed a sailboat pod design with a similar concept. The module fits the majority of steering racks from Jefa, Whitlock and Edson, and can be customized for other systems.

Stainless Steel Clamp
The stainless steel clamp will attach to 1", 1.125" or 1.25" rails.

Security screws are used to hold the SPOD together. A waterproof seal is used to prevent water from penetrating the inside of the pod, while a GORE-TEX ventilation vent allows warm air to escape without letting water in.

Optional Accessory Pod
One of the unique capabilities of this SPOD is the ability to add optional side modules. Currently, no other sailboat pod on the market has this feature. Depending on the size of the pod box you choose, you can mount one to four of these accessory pods. This offers the customer many flexible solutions to optimize their configuration.
