Sikaflex-521 UV is a multipurpose polyurethane sealant, UV resistant, non-elastic, one-part, silane-terminated polymer sealant that hardens upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable elastomer. Sikaflex-521 UV is solvent and isocyanate-free.

Uses:

Sikaflex-521 UV adheres well to a wide variety of substrates without having to need special pretreatment and is suitable for making high strength permanent elastic joints. Compatible substrate materials include wood, metals (especially aluminum, including anodized components), sheet steel (including phosphated, chromated, and zinc-plated components), metal primers, and paint coatings (two-part systems), ceramic materials, plastics and glass. /p>

I use this product on my yacht's desk with excellent performance. Also used it on the exterior of my old RV while the old sealer is dry, cracking and not holding the trim in place. The UV additive and consistency make it the best buy. I discontinued the 3M 5200/4200.
