The HS75 offers a powerful combination of simple installation, small form factor and high performance. The compass – measuring just 35cm in length – mounts easily to a flat surface or pole.

Accurate heading

An accurate heading sensor is essential for autopilot, advanced radar functionality and many other onboard electronics. The HS75 multi-GNSS supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS for precise global positioning and heading accuracy. The commercial-grade HS75 offers heading accuracy to within 0.75 degrees: far better than a traditional magnetic compass, without the cost and maintenance of a gyrocompass.

Unlike a standard GPS receiver, which cannot estimate the caDepending on the movement of your boat, the HS75 provides accurate heading even when your boat is stationary. Built-in gyroscopic and tilt sensors offer enhanced performance and provide a temporary source of heading data in in case of loss of GPS signal.

Fast and accurate positioning

The HS75's high-speed GPS receiver calculates your position up to 20 times per second, which is perfect for fast-moving powerboats and equipment that relies on high-speed position updates. A quick start means you won't find yourself waiting for a fixed position before you can start. Support for Satellite Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS) provides improved position accuracy where available.

Turn, lift, tilt and roll rates

The HS75 also calculates the turn rate, de heave, pitch and roll of your boat. Turn speed is essential for optimal autopilot performance, while thrust data is used by some sonar equipment to compensate for the effects of wave action. This additional data is transmitted to compatible equipment via your boat's NMEA 2000 network.
