Light Kit
The SIONYX IR Light Kit includes all the tools needed to maximize the use and performance of the Aurora family of cameras. The key component is the 940nm, 5W LED infrared illuminator. This IR torch is specially designed for the Aurora sensor for the perfect balance of color and brightness to identify targets up to 150 meters away and recognize targets well beyond.
IR illuminator kit offers multiple mounting configurations: Infrared illuminator kit included 25mm flashlight mount attaches IR torch to any Picatinny rail standard of 1913. For added flexibility and expanded use, SIONYX also developed a custom Pic rail with a 1/4-20mm screw to screw into the bottom of the Aurora cameras, allowing you to attach the IR torch directly to the Aurora.
The IR torch works with a single 18650p rechargeable lithium batteryor 2 hours of continuous battery life. The kit includes an extra battery and USB charger to keep you running all night. All of these items are packaged in a weather-resistant hardshell case with custom-cut foam.
