One feeding per day is acceptable; however, total daily requirements can be fed between 2 feedings per day depending on your cat's preferences and to maintain optimal body condition. If you prefer moist food, mix 3 parts of Sportmix with 1 part of water, milk or broth. If fed wet, prepare only the amount your cat will easily consume. Pregnant and lactating cats can consume up to three times more food than adult cats. Kittens will nibble on solid foods at 3 to 4 weeks of age, but wet foods should be included.e made available to them at least 4 times a day. Between 6 and 8 weeks of age, kittens can transition to a dry diet or continue to eat moistened food, depending on their preferences.
