Building on the success of the HX370S, the NNEW Commercial Grade HX380 5W Handheld VHF has been upgraded with a 1600mAh battery. Lithium Ion battery, providing over 13 hours of use on a single charge (5/5/90 duty cycle). The HX380 was designed for unmatched reliability and exceeds the IPX7 waterproof standard for submersion, 3.3 feet or 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. The HX380 combines several features for a wide variety of users: commercial grade construction, all US, international and Canadian marine channels, optional microphone speaker/headphone jack, and can be programmed with up to 40 radio channels land mobile (134 MHz to 174 MHz) with CTCSS and DCS signaling. Additional features include programmable scan, priority scan, dual and TRI watches, programmable channel names, NOAA weather channels with weather alert, selectable 5/1 Watt transmit power, preset keynie with 10 channels and a battery life indicator. The HX380 comes with a 1600 mAh Li-Ion battery, a sturdy belt clip, 110 VAC and 12 VDC trickle chargers with an integrated cradle. The HX380S is backed by an industry-leading 3-year waterproof warranty.
