Second Wireless Station RAM4W Capacity

Wirelessly control all radios. GX functions2400 with RAM4W wireless remote access microphone interface. Using the SCU-30 wireless access point plugged into the back of the radio, you have the ability to sync up to 4 RAM4W units. With an operating range of up to 65 feet, the RAM4W allows you to control all radio functions, including DSC calls, position polling, group calls and more, or use the RAM4W to perform intercom between the main station or between other wireless RAM4W units.

Built-in AIS receiver

The GX2400 AIS/GPS/NMEA2000 matrix displays information about the AIS target (MMSI, call sign, vessel name, BRG, DST, SOG and COG) on the large front panel display. This information allows you to contact an AIS vessel directly using DSC, display your vessel's position relative to AIS targets, and alert you when an AIS vessel may approach too closeof your location via the Closest Point of Approach (CPA) alarm. /p>

Second Wireless Station RAM4W Capacity

Control wirelessly all the radio functions of the GX2400 with the RAM4W wireless remote access microphone interface. Using the SCU-30 wireless access point plugged into the back of the radio, you have the ability to sync up to 4 RAM4W units. With an operating range of up to 65 feet, the RAM4W allows you to control all radio functions, including DSC calls, position polling, group calls and more, or use the RAM4W to intercom between the main station or betweenother wireless RAM4W units.

The GX2400 AIS/GPS/NMEA2000 matrix displays AIS target information (MMSI, call sign, ship name, BRG, DST, SOG and COG) on the large front panel display. Having this information allows you to contact an AIS vessel directly using DSC, shows your vessel's position relative to AIS targets and alerts you when an AIS vessel may approach too close to your location via the point alarm.
