The HX400 is factory programmed with all US, Canadian, International and NOAA weather channels. It also has the ability to program 40 radio channels moterrestrial bile (137-174 MHz) with CTCSS or DCS signaling from a Standard Horizon reseller. These channels require the appropriate federal communications license.

Built-in noise-canceling microphone and voice jammer
