If the kicker motor does not have a steering tube (tilt tube), get the tube kit This kit is very easy to install and allows the TAILFIN steering system to be installed on just about any engine. Simply wrap the hooks of the steering tube kit around the outboard motor clamps! and tighten them in place. Users will then have a steering tube to install the TAILFIN system.
